HARESH MAHADEVAN is the distinguished founder and managing partner of Haresh Mahadevan & Co. With an illustrious career, Haresh embarked on his legal journey by pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) at Bath, UK, in 1987. Upon returning to Malaysia, he developed his skills under the esteemed guidance of the late Mr. Christopher Fernando of Messrs Aris Rizal Christopher Fernando & Co. in 1994, a mentor whose wisdom and expertise left an indelible mark on his legal acumen.
In 1995, Haresh was called to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor, marking the beginning of his illustrious tenure in the legal fraternity. Throughout the years, Haresh has conducted numerous cases alongside Mr. Christopher Fernando in the Appellate Courts, focusing primarily on Criminal, Constitutional, and Corruption matters.
In 2020, driven by a vision of excellence and commitment to client service, Haresh founded Haresh Mahadevan & Co., a firm dedicated to providing unparalleled legal counsel and representation.

LAVANESH MAHADEVAN is a legal professional whose journey in the law has been marked by academic excellence and invaluable practical experiences. He read law at the University of Northumbria in 2019 and is a Barrister (Middle Temple). He furthered his legal education by obtaining a Master of Laws from Nottingham Law School in the United Kindgom where he delved into the intricacies of evidentiary reliability of evidence obtained through cross- examination, as evidenced by his dissertation.
His formative years in the legal arena were enriched by a prestigious internship and apprenticeship under the tutelage of the late Datuk Seri Gopal Sri Ram of Sri Ram Advocates and Solicitors, a luminary in the legal profession. Serving as Sri Ram’s final pupil prior to his passing, Lavanesh absorbed invaluable wisdom and insights, laying a solid foundation for his future endeavours in the legal field.
Continuing his trajectory in the legal arena, Lavanesh embarked on a rewarding professional journey as the esteemed chambers of Messrs Gobind Singh Deo & Co, where he further honed his skills and expertise from YB Gobind Singh Deo. His tenure at the firm saw him providing comprehensive legal assistance across various levels of court, with a particular focus on civil matters.
